📍 Training Location
Robert Hartley Sports Complex – Multi-sports Hall (150 m indoor track).
⏰ Training Schedule
🟢 U9 Initiation (ages 6–8 – born 2017 to 2019): Wednesday 5:30–6:30 PM, from October 15 to December 3, 2025 (8 sessions).
🔵 U12 Initiation (ages 9–11 – born 2014 to 2016): Friday 5:00–6:00 PM, from October 17 to December 5, 2025 (8 sessions).
🔴 U16 Development (ages 12–15 – born 2009 to 2013): Wednesday 6:30–7:45 PM and Friday 6:15–7:30 PM, from October 15 to December 5, 2025 (16 sessions).
⚠️ Schedule may be adjusted if municipal activities or competitions take place at the same time.
📅 Important Changes (dates to note)
🎃 Thursday, October 30: Training moved (Halloween – no session on the 31st).
🏟️ Thursday, November 6: Replacement for Friday, November 7 (Expo Hawkesbury).
🏃♂️ Thursday, November 13: Training moved due to the Provincial Cross-Country Championships (November 15–16 in Whitby) (travel planned for some athletes and coaches).
🎄 Thursday, November 20: Training moved (due to a Christmas activity organized by the Town on Friday, November 21).

📝 Registration
If you are already registered with Athletics Ontario (AO) for the year 2025 (winter or summer session), you do not need to pay the affiliation fee again.

💰 Fees & Affiliation
Registration fees only cover the club membership.
Insurance and Athletics Ontario (AO) affiliation fees apply depending on the category.
Trackie processing fees also apply.

Official club clothing is mandatory during competitions.
