Coaches-in-Training (CIT) — FREE
Registration opens: Dec 1, 2025 • Program: Jan–Mar 2026
Where: Oshawa (Oshawa Civic Dome)
Who: ONLY Girls & gender-diverse youth AGED 15–20 seeking meaningful leadership roles in sport.
What: Track & field–based coaching pathway with 1 practical, hands-on session/week in Oshawa + 1 Zoom/week (~2 hrs total).
Why: Build leadership and confidence, gain recognized training and real experience, stay engaged in sport, and earn references for future employment—with mentorship from women coaches.
Cost: Free training program + Hoodie + other perks
