About Event
Get ready to push your limits—Cannonball Crush is back at Fort Henry, and 2025 brings its biggest shake-up yet! This year, teens (ages 13-17) can join the action in a brand-new 3.5-km race featuring 15+ obstacles, designed to test strength, agility, and determination.
For those 18+, the classic 5-km, 20-obstacle challenge returns with five brand-new obstacles, a revamped finish line along the shores of Lake Ontario, and new awards for top gym teams and fastest competitors.
