Join us for this 2 day Club Coach Course in the Cowichan Valley.
The Course involves Event specific technical training in the discipline of your choice, as well as training on Seasonal Planning, and Introduction to Weight Training for track and field athletes.
Sat. April 5 - 9 am to 5pm
Sun. April 6 - 9 am to 4 pm
