VIAA Clubs providing volunteers receive a discount on meet entry fees. Please contact your club admin/coaches for the access code. The discount is in effect until the regular registration deadline. Members registering after the regular deadline has closed will not be eligible to receive the discounted meet entry fees and will be charged the full late registration fees. VIAA club members please reach out to your club leaders for information on how to claim the discount during registrations.

Non-VIAA club members pay the standard per-event fee, listed under the registration deadlines.
Individuals that do not hold a valid membership with BC Athletics are eligible to compete at this meet and will be charged a $5 non-member fee, in addition to the standard per-event fee.
All fees must be paid online in full at time of registration.
Registrations will NOT be accepted after the final registration deadline has closed and there will be NO SAME-DAY registrations, this includes adding events for athletes already registered in the meet. This rule will be strictly enforced so please ensure you are registering for all events in which you would like to participate and that your registration information (name, age etc.) is correct. Scratches will be accepted day-of, please inform the event official whenever possible if you are scratching an event.
