This registration form is for experienced athletes, born 2013-2015, who would like to join our JD+ squad with extra practices on Thursdays and Saturdays: you must first register on our regular JD registration page (https://www.trackie.com/club/petf-jd-spring-track-2026/1036033/) then complete this registration once you've obtained the code from the club: please talk to your coach or email us at petfregistrar@gmail.com
Additional practices for the JD PLUS group will be:
Thursday 5-6:30pm
Saturday 10-12
Location will be at the Pen High Track
No practices on Statutory Holidays.
First practice: Thursday April 9th
Last practice: July 18th
On top of the meets sponsored in the regular JD program, JD+ athletes will also have the Provincial Championship sponsored.
Refunds will only be offered if you notify us before the start of the program. Once program has started, we will not be offering refunds.
