Managing your dashboard

Your Dashboard is your central hub where you can quickly access key features and manage your account. From here, you’ll find quick links, recent articles, and controls to customize the sections that matter most to you. It’s designed to help you get where you need to go—fast.

The Customize Layout feature gives you control over what appears on your dashboard — and in what order. Tailor your layout to highlight the tools you use most and hide the ones you don’t.

With this feature, you can:

  • Show or hide sections of your dashboard
  • Reorder dashboard sections (drag-and-drop)

  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. Click the "Customize Layout" button (located at the top).
  3. A customization panel will appear with a list of dashboard sections.
  4. From here, you'll have two options:

  5. Features
    Toggle visibility

Show or hide any section using the “Hide” checkboxes. You can even hide the “Quick Links” section and the “Articles” section using the additional settings at the bottom.

    Reorder items

Click and drag sections into your preferred order using the “4 arrows” icon.

Your updates will take effect immediately and be reflected across your menus and dashboard view.

If you want to create a new Quick Link, it’s easy to get started following these steps:

  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. Click “Edit” in the corner of the Quick Links box in your dashboard.
  3. Click on the “ADD QUICK LINK” button.

When creating Quick Links you have three options:

Quick Link Types
Event Quick Link

Link to built-in pages and features related to your event.

Club Quick Link

Link to built-in pages and features related to your club.

External URL Quick Link

Link to anything outside the platform (e.g. your club’s website, social media pages, or a third-party tool).

When creating an Event or Club Quick Link, the interface will display like the following:

  1. Event/Club Selection: Users can select from a dropdown list of events or clubs that they have access to, whether it is a registration or administrative access.
  2.
  3. Built-in Links: Users can choose between one or multiple common system links that they have access to for a given event/club.
  4.
    Note

When a Quick Link has multiple built-in links, clicking on the Quick Link itself will show a dropdown list with all the built-in links.

Below is what the interface to manage your Quick Links looks like.

1. Ordering Quick Links
The order of the Quick Links in your dashboard is determined by the order in which they appear in this pop-up. To rearrange the Quick Links, click and drag the “4 arrow” icon to move the Quick Links up or down.

2. Edit
To edit a Quick Link, click on the “Edit” button to access the Quick Link settings.

3. Hide or Delete
Inside of the Quick Link settings you can choose to hide Quick Links from your dashboard with the “Hide Quick Link” checkbox, or you can delete a Quick Link completely with the “Delete” button.

4. Additional Settings
There are two additional settings that will help keep your Quick Links up to date. The “Automatically add pages I’ve registered for to my Quick Links” setting will be particularly useful to registrants who want quick access to events or clubs they have registered for. The “Automatically add clubs or events I am an admin for” setting will be useful for administrators who are involved with managing a club/event.
