As part of the training for CSG 2025 Athletics Yukon will be offering strength training with Northern Strength Academy.
This training will be held at 4:30pm on Tuesdays beginning January 7th
To sign up for the strength training sessions you will need to download a training app from the app store (Teambuildr training) or can use this web link Online Strength and Conditioning Software - TeamBuildr. Once you make an account, you can join the calendar using the code EUGA-BKOD with password U4YO6JAA.
